About this shop
Cook's Antique Lumber is a reclaimed wood yard in New Preston, Connecticut, operating since 1979. The yard salvages antique lumber from barns, houses and mills across Pennsylvania and Ontario, with each board and beam hand-selected. Its stock includes hand-hewn barn frames, white pine frames and wide flooring in white pine, hemlock, oak and chestnut. The yard serves architects, builders, furniture makers and homeowners, from casual builders to professional cabinet makers, with friendly service.
